For those who like to take life Head-on, this adventure is for you as you do a forward facing abseil beside the Mele Cascades highest waterfall.

Escorted by Edge staff you will walk up to our exclusive look-out for breathtaking views and from there it is only a short walk to practice site where you will learn how to do both a conventional abseil and the exciting face first Rap-jump.

When you are ready you will abseil through a cascade, then drop down a 10m cliff before the real challenge begins. now you are hooked up for the Rap-jump and its 40m to the Cascades below.

This tour runs side by side the Mele Plunge so if your in a group or a couple and not every one is up to taking the head first leap they can do a standard abseil with you take the ultimate challenge.
