Cascades Capers is a unique experience where you get to abseil in a beautiful waterfall, an experience like no other.

After receiving all you equipment and safety briefs you will then make your way to the practice cliff, first stopping at the lookout for breathtaking views of the island..

At the 8m practice cliff you will be taught the basics of abseiling.  Each time you abseil down to the side of a rock pool, you will use our unique set of stairs with water cascading down them.

When you are ready you move onto the 50m abseil to the Mele cascades below. You will descend in two pitches, the first taking you past a moss covered pillar supporting the shelf above and on the second you cross underneath the waterfall before finishing in the rock below.
